As of September 20th, 2021, the Institute’s Data Governance and Management Policy is the authoritative policy on how data is categorized. The existing data categorization structure found in the Data Access Policy is no longer current.
Organizational data must have a data protection categorization of either “Public” or “Protected.” More information on Data Protection Categorizations can be found on the Data Governance website.
