The Acceptable Use Policy permits the incidental use of Institute resources for personal business.
The guidelines for incidental use follow:
- Incidental use cannot involve an illegal purpose or activity.
- Incidental use cannot violate any system or Institute policy.
- Incidental use cannot be contrary to the best interests of the Institute.
- Incidental use cannot disclose confidential or proprietary information of the Institute or third parties.
- Incidental use cannot be for personal or pecuniary gain.
Use must not violate any of these guidelines if such use is to be considered incidental.
