Faculty & Staff
Georgia Tech faculty and staff should first try contacting their departmental Computer Support Representative (CSR). If the incident is urgent and your CSR is unavailable, you should contact the Security Operations Center (SOC) at 404.385.CYBR (2927) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
CSRs should follow the CSR incident response procedures.

Regardless of your affiliation, if you, your account, or your computer is the subject of an incident, report the incident using the instructions above, and until you are able to get in touch with a support/security representative, it is very important that you:
- Do not attempt to investigate or remediate the compromise on your own
- Instruct any users to stop work on the system immediately
- Do not power down the machine
